1. Acceptance

By using Kartov, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. The Service

Kartov is a shared list and meal planning app. We provide it "as is" and work to keep it running reliably, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime.

3. Your Account

• You must sign in with a valid Google or Apple account
• You're responsible for activity under your account
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Abuse, harass, or send harmful content to other users
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Reverse-engineer or attack the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the API

5. Content

You own the content you create (lists, recipes, etc.). By using Kartov, you grant us a license to store and display your content as needed to provide the service.

6. AI Features

Recipe scanning and meal suggestions use Google Gemini AI. Results are generated by AI and may not always be accurate. Always verify recipe instructions, especially regarding food safety and allergies.

7. Premium Features

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be displayed before purchase. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kartov is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
